Poor Utoh was worried. His head was swimming with all the new chores. He was quite used to chasing naughty critters from the mighty hunter's lodge. He even enjoyed tending the shruberies there, and caring fr the trees. But now he had embarked on his training as a Druid of the Defenders of Valor.
The idea that he was now becoming one of them had not really begun to dawn on poor softheaded Utoh. But already he was struggling, in his heart, with the duties of a druid. Chasing away naughty critter who were invading the mighty one's lodge was one thing. Now though, he was expected to kill. It did not sit easy in his heart...which was the only place on Utoh softer than his head.
The feelings of confusion swarmed. Poor Utoh was dizzied by the swirling stinging thoughts until he remembered his gnome-box. Utoh was not alone anymore, not all by himself when facing the complexities of life on Azeroth. He had friends, mighty men and woman of valor who were committed to defend that very virtue.
Utoh did not know precisely what valor was, but he had concluded that it centered around fighting...maybe even killing...if that was required. Utoh did not always understand all the fine reasoning behind all the struggles, but in his heart he grasped that there was at the struggle's root, a conflict between Good and Evil.
Utoh was not sure how his destiny fit in this war between titans... forces for Good or for Ill, but like the mighty ones he too felt in his heart a fierce desire to contend on behalf of the Good.
So, seeking wisdom he asked his new guild family for clarity on why he was tasked with killing so many of nature's critters. Utoh's querry was answered by the mighty Kielon, who explained gently to poor Utoh the harsh neccessities of life as a Druid. That the Druid were enlisted as warriors fighting in Nature's cause, assisting nature itself in weeding out the unfit.
Utoh responded from his heart saying that, "Utoh is proud to be a sister to natural's election! But Utoh forgot where to vote."
