Greetings all,
It is with great pleasure that I accepted this invitation to join the guild. I had heard so very much about the honourable members and never dreamed that I could also be considered of quality.
Let me tell you a little about myself. I was raised by a kindly druid, Al'Handrith, who lived in a very remote area of Teldrassil. She was not my mother, yet she provided for me and treated me as her own. When I was a little older, Al'Handrith told me that she found me outside her door on a night of the new moon. From this, she gave me my name.
We lived in a forested area, removed from other elven settlements. I did not have much contact with other elves until I had passed my formative seasons, which may account for my slightly reserved and formal nature. Al'Handrith taught me how to live in harmony with nature and treat all living things with respect. Through her, I learned of the taint that still runs through Azeroth, and I make it my duty to aid any member of the Alliance in the battle to return peace to the land. As I grew, Al'Handrith noticed in me the makings of a Hunter and began preparing me for my first meeting with Ayanna Everstride.
It has been many seasons since I left my dear Al'Handrith to seek training as a hunter. I am not certain if she even still lives, although I believe I would feel her passing in whatever land I journey. As I travel the lands seeking to restore order to the world, I venture farther from my home, yet, on my jouney, it heartens me to find others not corrupted by the taint. I am pleased to be considered a sister of the Defenders of Valor.
May Elune guide your paths and restore peace to the land.
