As a warrior who enjoys both exploration and the challenge of strategic teamwork, it has always been an irritation to me that there were places in Azeroth I have not yet seen. However, thanks to a stroke of good fortune and the kindness of new friends I was able to venture into the Molten Core with an experienced team early this evening. While I was too green to do much more than do what I was told, I *did* remember to take some pictures when Ragnaros appeared. It went something like this: First, he appeared out of the lava. You can see me standing speechless at the bottom, just to the right of the middle. Thankfully he's not looking at me. Yet. Then he decided to wipe out the insects that disturbed him. That's me, bravely giving him all I've got. Unfortunately in my excitement I stepped in too close and got fried. The battle continued to rage on, but I'm afraid I was too busy writhing in pain on the ground to do anything other than snap photographs (see that little heap on the ground in the first picture? That's me). Luckily the group prevailed without my assistance, and I was helped to my feet afterward by a kindly priest. I did, however, manage to capture the precise moment Ragnaros was defeated: ... All in all, an excellent adventure for this accidental tourist.
