I got permission from Merlinne to post this. www.eqfanart.com does yearly fanart submissions for a fan art calander which is hosted by Wendi and Richard Pini on www.elfquest.com. Anyway, Here is her submission that won the honor of being selected for April 2005. ( The actual image is larger than these show. If anyone would like to see a bigger version let me know and I will see if she has a link for the original )

The image links didn't work for me either. However, I did see the April 2005 picture by clicking the link to eqfanart.com. One of the articles on that page has a link to the EFC Gallery, then you click on 2005 and look at April and there it is! But then, I'm on vacation this week, the rest of you might want to wait until Kan has time to fix the links. The picture is very cool -- is there anything Merlinne cannot do?

I can't juggle. And I really want to learn. This is not one of my better pieces. I hadn't done any substantial drawing in a number of years when I did this piece. At one point in my life I had dreams of being a comic book artist but learned that my skills with the written word are much stronger than my artistic skills. The theme of the calendar for 2005 was Beloved Dead. We were to draw characters that had died in the course of the ElfQuest books. I chose Lord Voll because he's always been one of my favorite characters and I thought his death was the most tragic. Anyway, here is a link to the picture. I can't resize it at the moment to make it easier to view so if ya wanna gawk at my scribbles its at this link.

Honey, you have a job, kids, a husband, a House of Magicians and Warlocks, and other things I can't even think of right and/or don't know about. You are doing the only kind of juggling that matters.
