So, it is said about pollen count:
Pollen Count Display
· Shows the current pollen count in the area specified by the zip code.
· Pollen count is measured in grams of pollen per cubic meter. A pollen count of 800 is considered a very high count. A pollen count of 15 to 20 may irritate someone with sever asthma.
800 is very high, dangerous even. Our count in Atlanta last week was 6000. 6000! Man, I need to move.

Move to Savannah! It's just as beautiful there, the ocean breezes probably blow the pollen inland, and they citizens are so warm and inspiring and even affectionate! ![;)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/wink.png)

Savannah is nice, I must admit. I've nothing nice to say about Atlanta myself, I've only ever been there in the ass of summer.

It seems as if it is always the ass of summer here. It is already in the 80s and has started its usual rain every day of my life schtick. As for Savannah... there's powerful crazy in that thar city.

I lived in Atlanta for a year when I matriculated into Art School. I was there shortly after the storm surge of the Olympics, and it seemed like a pretty depressing place to me, AND had bad weather.
I think Futurama put it best in that episode about the Lost City of Atlanta, when Professor Farnsworth finally said near the end of the episode:
<shudders> "I'm BORED! Let's get the HELL out of here!"
