Well, I guess I have worked up the courage to give you a glimpse of why I am always away from Azeroth. I know, they aren't great, but I am trying to get better in school! The following are a very small selection of my Spring Sketchbook for one class. They include portions of assignments like drawing 50 skulls, anatomy studies, free drawing, master portraits, etc. (caution: some nudity) This is actually myself, surprised that my drawing is coming to life... on me! This ended up becoming a big charcoal rubout, that sucked majorly... Studies from the sketchbook from one of my favorite artist, Claire Wendling! *covers head in fear of critique*

Fanstastico! I'm a doodler myself, but I like to draw realistically... I've always had a problem with feet for whatever reason, so for that odd reason I always respect an artist that gets them right!
That being said, I'm not sure if that's a good compliment or not, but there you go! hehe

I'm pretty good at drawing feet, as long as we are talking about the stick figure genre. After that, I'm pretty hopeless.
However, I have looked at a fair amount of artwork -- and this looks amazing! Send more!

Guds... I've studied art books, obviously the same ones that you have or something, but the only problem is...
I can't do it.
It's now official, I am going to an Art College.

Well, I have not been online much because of this hectic semester. As I write, I am preparing to submit my portfolio to get into the program at school, which is quite stressful since only like 25% of the people applying get in. Anyhoo, I've scanned some of the stuff in and I'll post some examples for ya'll. Once I actually finish the folio (in book form), I'll be sure to post it. I turn it in next thursday... *crosses fingers* Wish me luck! Shadow Shape Study.......................Tone Shadow Shape Study Charcoal Rubout..........................Small Painting (For those wondering what a charcoal rubout is, its when you cover a giant piece of, basically posterboard, with charcoal till is is completely black. Then, very slowly, you erase the picture. It is a very time consuming process, but worth it I think!)
